Heart is key organ of human body infact life and heart beat run parallel to each other.
The journey of married life initiates with stealing of each others heart and it continues in a happy married life. Both partners happily dwell in each others heart.
But consensus view is that women have very large heart as they can hide all their sorrows, pain, suffering in this little treasure house. Woman takes care of her loved ones inspite of all odd situations .The whole family leads a comfortable and tension free life only due to silent sacrifices of female character of house. So it becomes the duty of every family member to check the eating habits and life style of key member of the family.
Blogadda has made me awake and me along with my husband has taken resolution on this World Heart Day to alter our priorities and set attainable goal to take care of our beautiful hearts.
The first thing is as usual we have planned to be early risers and will stroll along with riverside walking hands in hands ,recalling past days and thus rejuvenating ourselves ,It will definitely destress us and a rough patch of emotions that had layered on our hearts due to work pressure will fade away.
From now onwards a healthy diet will replace balanced diet and I would not allow my hubby to take butter laden fried national pranthas. He will be served only diet as fixed for healthy heart. We will follow the golden rule of we should eat to live and not live to eat.
All the planning of walk and diet for healthy heart may fail if conducive environment does not prevail around us.We will regard each others feelings and emotions .With mutual understanding we will together share our daily chores of household and finally will go for a movie on weekends.
So guys stay healthy ,be happy, take care of each others health and lead stress free life .This will surely give us more time to dwell in golden hearts of our partners.let our heart beat for each other for a longer time.
