from internship to ...................administrator.

Internship is similar to child's first entry to a school..I was scared even more like a new bride who enters her inlaws home after marriage. The day before joining my job I could not sleep overnight and cotinued pondering over how I would face the boss and what would be attitude of my seniors towards me.Would I be able to settle among al?. In the morning I woke up at 5am at unsheduled time.Istarted an morning walk strolling here & there in my house.
My brain was busy in weaving thoughts and ideas.Everyone of my home tried to settle me down. They motivated me in there own way. Finally I got ready in one of my best suits and left home with prayers for  a new assignment.
During those days office culture was not like todays corporate culture. There were no separate HR Managers  to deal with new entrants present  in an office. Manager was all in all in a branch(even today is same).I entered the bank office and met my boss who was very cunning having sparkling  eyes. After checking my documents and offer letter he handed me overv to his second man.His second man was polite and gentle looking fellow. After formal talks he allowed me to leave the office and advised  me to be present in office tomorrow at right time.
Next day was exciting as I was now calm and was happy to have a new start. Before this I never knew how a fill a withdrawal slip.I was given initial training of all departments within week time.My manager was never lenient for me.He always tried to explain about his experience and his own achievements.I was keen to learn more and more so I ignored his  behaiour. My home town was Around 100 Km away from my work place and I had a baby of 2 months old.I was never allowed to leave the office earlier .So even after completion of desk job I was never in a position to leave the office before 5 pm.
At that time things never appealed me and I wanted to quit my new job .My probation  period was still not over. Our Manager never sanctioned any leave .I was a quick learner and hard worker.Even then our boss was miser enough to appreciate my work.Gradually I felt that his harsh attitude has proved blessing in disguise.Actually he was my mentor and due to that only today I am punctual, dedicated to work, learnt to prioritize my work ,The hard work during internship has made us strong enough and today I dont show my back in adverse situations. My toughest assighnment at a brabch office is testmony of hard work of internship.
So I would like to advise new interns that keep patience, learn more and give your best to be on top position in your department. The habits and work culture we develop at initial stage continue in our nerves till last.Darwin theory will continue "Survival of the fittest".and honhar birwan kay chiknay hot pat  .  Always keep in mind that only hard work is key to success.

Teach children to save mother Earth

Image result for nature wallpaper
Maiden  Mother Nature

It is rightly said that we dont inherit the Earth from our ancestors ,we borrow it from our children.Nature is an asset to be used by our future generations and this legacy is to be sustained for generations to come.We have no right to exhaust all natural resources ourselves. We have to secure it for our children.
The first teachers of a child are his parents and children follow habits of their parents naturally. So whatever they are taught in early stage is imprinted in their brain and they never forget those.Early years of a kid are best for learning  so if they are taught to appreciate and love nature this will get instilled in their minds. This can be achieved if parents become rolemodel for their child. Some very little habits like turning the tap off while brushing, turning off the lights when not in use,not  wasting paper etc are very easy to teach them .
Nowadays children prefer to stay before electronic gadgets for long hours and are cut off from nature.
They should not be allowed to be confined to concrete structures. It is the duty of parents to make them familiar with bountiful benefits of nature.Family picnics should be arranged in groups at regular intervals so that children play in laps of nature and can enjoy in company of nature. In this way they will become eco-concious and will becomes stewards for environment.
Conservation of nature is other very important concern .We as parents can be best guides for them.Every year on Earth Day lights are kept off for some hours to save energy.Children should be given topics to write upon energy and that why it is important to save energy. They should observe every day as Earth day.
Parents can tell their kids not to waste paper and should emphasize on e- green initiative.Kids should have habits of using alternates of paper bags. They should be encouraged for recycling of products and about waste management.
On birthday of our kids we should arrange birthday parties in a park and every host child should be encouraged to plant sapling.Seeds should be distributed among them and for those who implant maximum number of seeds a special gift should be arranged. They should be told the ill effects of cutting trees and poor results of imbalanced ecological balance.
School is the next place of learning.Nowadays schools are very particular about Save earth Mission.Environmental science,Natural Science and gardening are the subjects being taught at primitive stage of schooling.
Some subjects like painting, games, gardening can be best taught in natural environment.Competition should be held and children should be asked to portay natural scenes. This will take them closer to nature and they will fall in love with natural objects. They will be their own teachers and would develop the habit of conservation of nature and natural objects on their own.
The minds of kids are clean slates. We can write  over it whatever we think best for them.So it is prime duty of parents to make children learn hoe to save their surroundings and how can they conserve it for future generations.Earth is our first mother  and our life supporter. So our duty becomes to serve it,We are bound to use its resources in judicial ways so that future generations dont have to starve .Every one has right over it.So we alongwith our children should be guardian of nature.

The most colourful festival of India ....HOLI HAI

Holi has always been my favorite festival since childhood days.Holi is popular since ages and Holi of Brij nd Vrindavan is famous throughout the globe. The tradition began with Lord Krishna who used to play Holi with Gopis.
At that time Holi was played with gulal and essence of natural flowers.Same tradition is flowing through our nerves and aroma of this festival is spread in our senses.
I was also find of Holi and used to enjoy all shades of this festival in the company of my friends and siblings. The preparation started in advance with collection of money saved out if pocket money.Colourful ballons, pitchkaris and colours distracted us and every evening there was a meeting regarding purchase of items for fun on the day of Holi.
Very old dress was taken out for the day as it was supposed to get tie die.In the day buckets ,tubs were filled with water and colours were mixed to give shade to fun of holi.Next was gurella technique to wait for passer by and attack him with ballons filled with water. The gestures of passerby after attck amused us and that happiness was so precious which cannot be bought by spending dollars.
A few years later technique of Holi changed. Now passerby did not remain our target rather flock  of friends while wet and  in coloured dresses went to every friends house to grab her out and apply all colours, eggs, black polish etc.The friend who used to confine in house remained cut off from group for more couple of days. Thus Holi was not for Holi but jawani ki huddang .Bura naa nano Holi hai.
After marriage my husband never initiated to play Holi and remained away from colours and all.Time was flying. My children never got such chance to enjoy the festival due to restrictions imposed by their father. Myself too remained indifferent.
I have no words to thank Blog adda who has given ignition to my suppressed feelings of Holi.Infact it has taken me back in my childhood. And I am determined that this year Holi is going to be remarkable festival.I have sorted out list of my friends for a great get together at Holi at my place. There will be hilarious fun with gulal, colours and indeed thandai and rocking music. On this Hoki I would request my friends and readers to take a resolution that we won't waste water and play dry Holi this year Although water is a natural resource of water but there are so many people in many parts of country who are deprived of drinking water.Si we have no right to waste it.Rather we should come forward conservation if drinking water.
With this feel ,let us celebrate Holi with true spirit and enjoy every Hue & shade of Holi this year.

“I’m pledging to#KhulKeKheloHoli this year by sharing my Holi memories at BlogAdda in association with Parachute Advansed.”

Best Memories of life

Memories carry us to the lanes of past where sweet fragrance of beautiful thoughts refresh our soul. These memories are the golden moments spent with our loved ones e.g.with parents, siblings, friends, spouse,or children.
Myself is not untouched by emotions and feelings.I usually get lost in the moment spent with my only sibling I.e.my only sis.
She is ten years elder to me and indeed like my mom.I am indebted to her in so many ways and find myself unable to repay.
We have not only shared same womb but have shared every sad/happy moment of childhood and youth.
My sis is Iconic figure in our city as her statur had been very high due to her high character that u will read in succeeding lines.
I belonged to a middle class family consisting of my parents and we two sis.My mother was a rheumatoid patient and my sis had to look after all household chores since her BACHPAN.When she was eighteen some people came for marriage proposal and I was vry happy. But a few days after there was shocking grave like environment in home.I was totally unaware of what happened but later I got that there was some genetic disorder due to which she could not marry. Again I got busy and never tried to get details of same.
At the age of twenty I got married and it was she who successfully made preparations of my marriage without any complaint or stress.I never tried to ask her about her wishes and feelings.Again I remained so involved in my married life that I became so selfish that I could never hear her pain inside.Meanwhile my mother expired which shattered my sis further as she has lost her only friend and soul mate. She used to tell me that it was very difficult for her to lead her life with an old aged man.To me it was  normal .One more blow axed her that my dad was diagnosed of Parkinson. She nursed him better than Sharvan son.I am amazed as if she was destined to serve her parents. Everyone of our town had no words in her appreciation.
She became alone when my dad breathed last.Since then she is residing with our family. Here too she is leaving no stone unturned for the sake of our comforts.Indeed she is our strength and backbone.Almighty has designed her not for her own interests but for serving others.
May God be kind enough to give her healthy life ahead.

A promise from husband on Woman day

The seven vows or seven promises are sworn in by the bride and groom on the day of Marriage as most important ritual of indian marriage and both promise to fullfill them wholeheartedly throughout their wedded life. But women take everyday a new promise from her partner e.g.to come home early,to go for movie ,to dine at good restaurant or it may be long drive .Undoubtedly women keep their promise without leaving any chance of complaint.
On this women day women will definitely expect much from husbands.I too have some thoughts storming in my mind.I am planning in a different way as my wedded life is matured.I dont want to take promise of commitment, loyalty ,weekly shopping or long drive. My both children are grown up and there is usually ego clash between our children and my husband. He is critical and less appreciative.Indeed he needs to be updated and adoptive. He is critical for their every act and never agrees with their innovative ideas. On this woman day I would like to have a promise from my loving husband that he would understand the feelings and emotions of his sons and would deal them patiently .Thus fragrance of sweet emotions will flow in house.
The next promise from him is that he needs to be communicative and assertive.Sometimes instead of expressing himself he endures pain within himself and continues to fight alone. This aggregates to my mental stress. So I wish that now onwards he will open his heart and let me join to explore his heart in innovative manner,This will definitely help to resolve the issue .
There is a long list of promises I wish to have from my husband and next is that he would spare some time for his family when he is at home and will keep his mobile off.I am jealous of his mobile addiction and often call it his second wife.
The last but not the least is that he must learn time management as he usually mingles his list of jobs and often gets late on every occasion.
Actually I want promises  in every habit of my hubby which I dont like and wish him to lead according to me.Although he is very caring, affectionate and sensible human being .definitely an ideal partner. But through this post I got chance to make him a PERFECT HUBBY. :-)

My personality my success

It is human nature to pass judgements on others .We never miss any opportunity to comment on the appearance, personality, looks and dressing sense of the people we come across in our daily life.
Even myself had been a scapegoat and a topic of discussion among my relatives .

Since schooling I was a very shy, timid and innocent girl .But at the same time was a bright and shining student of the school who never gave anybody else a chance to bypass me in scoring Top grade.I hardly uttered a word in my class but all the teachers were fond of me and their appreciation changed my personality.Gradually I gained confidence and thus made friends.I was popular among all  teachers and students in the school.
Beacause of my innocence my clever relatives used to amuse at me.They left no occasion to comment on my average dresses and common appearance.I being innocent used to smile on those remarks. But as I grew young my feelings and emotions also matured as they were now sharpened by blunt blows of  worldly winds.
On every visit to my house my relatives used to ask me different types of questions for which they were amused to get straight replies from my side.Infact they were amused at this.Although my sentiments were deeply scarred every time  but I  never remarked  back in a harsh manner. To overcome such situations I used to work harder to score more and more.Their behaviour was a blessing in disguise for my professional  growth.
During all odds my father stood by me as a polestar and he always inspired me to stand on my own feet.I really bow my head before him.It is by grace of God and wishes of my father that I am capable to face all hardships and harsh tempests by standing as a strong rock.
I got married at early age of twenty and I got govt job in a Bank. Moreover I passed every competetive exam I took and was selected for more than three jobs at once. All my relatives and beautiful cousins were shocked. Now I am at key position in my Bank and earning a very handsome salary. My cousins are still trying to swim in worldly ocean.None of them could well adjust in life. Those who tried to axe my self esteem are after me to maintain relationships. I have faced ugly and rotten comments and they have always nourished me to become very positive, practical and confident woman in society. My institute recognizes my work. Moreover I am thankful to God for Creating me in a way that is SUPER.Indeed I adore myself.
I have learnt from my story that we should never evaluate a person from his outer appearance, dress sense and personality rather we should try to study( if we can) the inner soul of a person.Never try to be stereotyped to ridicule and access ones personality merely by his looks or features. How can we forget great names like Abraham  Lincoln who  possessed very ordinary features but became President of United States.
I’m breaking stereotypes based on appearance by sharing my experience for the #IAmCapable activity at BlogAdda in association with Nihar Naturals.”
a. 69% of men agree that their judgement of women is based on their looks.
b. 64% of women agree that the judgments passed on them have affected their ability to reach their true potential.
c. 70%of women agree that majority of judgments on women are from family members or friends rather than strangers.
d. 72% of women agree that working women face more judgments on their looks or their clothes than housewives.

Tales of 2015 and resolution for 2016

Blogadda has given Topic to write upon Talesof2015 apparently I took it quite casually.I was of the view  that  there is nothing much special 2015 that I could pen down. Suddenly I ran the horses of my thoughts in the lanes of past year and then  I realizedthat  each day of 2015 was very special for me as I had learnt a lot. There are many special moments to share with my friends.

I feel blessed and grateful whenever I rewind  year 2015.I am grateful to my incredible family  and friends who stood by me in all odd n even situations. The most important  gift of 2015 was that we got ground floor of our house renovated and first floor constructed.I am thankful to my fanmily members who gave me unconditional support to have a dream house.A house is a place where not only we live but plan our future and cherish our dreams. Thus in 2015 dream turned into reality.

My second priority is my work place where I spend more than eight  hours a day. This year was splendid one in achievement of targets.Again I have incredible, dedicated, adoreable and visionary  staff whose hard  work brought laurels this year.Their unconditional support really worked for me and I got prized posting of my choice.Even seniors appreciated and motivated on every step. Thus professionally a great year indeed.

Above all I felt whirlwind of change in my spiritual bent of mind.as a result there is  much positivity and maturity of feelings. There is a remarkable change in my outlook for people around me.At the same time I have become stronger as now I have courage to say wrong the wrong. Now I am rational instead of emotional.

Year 2015 is gone and I am nostalgic to think that one more year has subtracted from my life and a few are left in my account. But this is natural phenemenon and we cannot stop it.There was an unfortunate incident in 2015 that we lost our religious Guru in 2015 and that was a  great blow to our family. We had long association with this pious soul.May She rest in peace!

It may sound negative to my readers that now I dont allow hypocrites in my friends list.2015 has made me so strong that I have learnt to remove toxic people from my life. Now I do not give room to the people who cause me pain and look at me as if I am small..In other words I am strong enough to keep such negative people at bay.Actually I have learnt to distinguish between friends and foes.

So guys, year 2015 was a blend of joy, hard work and new teachings and I wish 2016 may bring countless merry making moments in everone's life.Although I believe in Karma and not in merely having dreams yet my resolution for 2016 is that I should contribute to the society by helping those who are deprived of their basic rights. This will be my mission.Let nobody sleep empty stomach.I would like others to work for this mission as it sounds me divine.

“I’m sharing my #TalesOf2015 with BlogAdda.
